Thank you for shopping at From Rose with Love. We strive to provide high-quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you can return products and receive refunds.



1. Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. Return Window:
    You have 30 days from the date you received the item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  3. Non-returnable Items:
    Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
    • Custom or personalized items
    • Digital products (e.g., downloadable software, e-books)
    • Gift cards
    • Sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded)


  1. Return Process:
    To initiate a return, please contact us at angela@fromrosewithlove.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
  2. Shipping:
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



2. Refunds

  1. Refund Process:
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  2. Late or Missing Refunds:
    If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time frame, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at angela@fromrosewithlove.co.uk.
  3. Refunds for Sale Items:
    Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
  4. Partial Refunds 

              There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.



3. Exchanges

  1. Exchange Policy:
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at angela@fromrosewithlove.co.uk  We will provide instructions on how to return your defective or damaged item for an exchange.
  2. Exchange Process:
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, we will process your exchange and send you a replacement item.
  3. Non-exchangeable Items:
    Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including
    • Sale items (only regular-priced items may be exchanged)
    • One off items



4. Damaged or Defective Items

  1. Reporting Issues:
    If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at angela@fromrosewithlove.co.uk with details of the product and the defect or damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and the availability of the item.
